Gift Card FAQ
How and when will the gift card be sent?
Gift cards are emailed directly to the recipient. As the sender, you’ll receive a confirmation email (receipt of purchase) for your records—but this cannot be used to redeem the gift card.
If you’d like a copy of the gift card for your records, just email us, and we’ll send it your way after issuance.
Most gift cards are sent within 2 hours, but processing may take longer in some cases due to security measures.
What if the recipient doesn’t see the email?
First, have them check their spam or junk mail folders. The email will be sent from [YourEmail], so it’s a good idea to whitelist us or add us to their contacts.
Still no luck? Check the recipient’s email address in your order confirmation for typos. If you need help, email us at 1.10rodshop@gmail.com.
Can I print the gift card and give it in person?
Absolutely! If you’d like to present it in person, simply enter your own email address as the recipient during checkout. When the card arrives in your inbox, you can print it, add a handwritten note, or even package it creatively.
For safekeeping, consider forwarding the digital version to the recipient after gifting.
Can I schedule delivery?
Yes! You can pick a delivery date and time during checkout. Please note that we cannot send the gift card earlier than the required security delay (usually 2 hours). Exceptions, if any, will be mentioned on the product page.
How can I check the balance of a gift card?
You can check your balance anytime by visiting our homepage or contacting us directly for support.
What if I want a physical gift card instead of a digital one?
Physical gift cards aren’t currently available for online purchase, but our e-gift cards are a great option—they’re quick, convenient, and easy to resend if lost.
How does the recipient use the gift card?
The original gift card email is all they need!
- In person: Show the gift card email on their phone or bring a printed copy.

Online: Enter the full gift card number at checkout (no spaces).
If the original email is lost, contact us at 1.10rodshop@gmail.com for a resend.
Does the gift card expire?
Nope! Our gift cards never expire, and there are no hidden fees. Use the full value at your leisure.
